Embroidery

	Embroidery is the process of transferring a design onto a garment by actually stitching the individual details of the design through the fabric. In order to achieve this, the design is first digitised by hand, then a designer re-draws the design into a specially developed computer system that can realise the design in individual stitches. The stitching schedule is then transferred to an automatic computer controlled embroidery machine that can be set up to print multiple garments simultaneously.
	During the process skilled technicians monitor every detail of the design in order to ensure the highest quality finish possible.
